This is an enclosed shelter. The site provides access to nearby swimming pool and playground; however, these amenities are not exclusively reserved for the permit holder.

Other site amenities include:
• Picnic table seating to accommodate 300 people
• Indoor restrooms
• Kitchen with stove, full size refrigerator, and sink
• Outdoor grills
• Electrical outlets
• Fireplace

*This shelter does NOT have heat*

Facility permit fee is $375. An alcohol permit is included.
Rules:
* Must be at least 21 years old in order to rent this facility.
 * Must give us at least 11 days notice in order to rent this facility. The first date you will be allowed to rent is 5/30/2024 . Reservations after 11:59 PM today will require an additional day.
* You can only rent this facility 365 days in advance. You will not be allowed to rent this facility for any date past 5/19/2025 .
